Module: Logistics and Operations
Our logistics process is designed to be straightforward. We operate exclusively within the Hong Kong region. Once you place an order, our team requires 1 business day for cautious packaging and preparing the shipment.
Following this, the product transit phase takes between 1 and 3 business days . Therefore, the total delivery timeline is 2 to 4 business days from the moment of purchase. We currently utilize a Cash on Delivery (COD) system for all transactions. This means you provide the full payment at your doorstep when the item arrives. There are no hidden charges or shipping costs added to your total; the price you see on the screen is the final amount you pay.
Regarding order cancellation, you can cancel your request as long as the product remains at our facility. Once the item is dispatched and handed over to the logistics team, the delivery must be completed.
We encourage users to be certain of their selections before finalizing an order to ensure a smooth logistics cycle. Because we focus on a specific local area, we can maintain these timelines effectively and ensure our items reach you in excellent condition.
Module: Returns and Replacements
We provide a 30-day return policy that begins the day your package is delivered. This policy is specifically designed for situations where a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product. If this happens, please email us at decor@qirevalonx.com . We will then arrange a pickup from your location at no cost to you.
We take full responsibility for the logistics of returning a faulty item. Once the item reaches our warehouse, we spend 24 hours performing an inspection to confirm the condition of the product.
After the inspection is complete, we will either arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or, if the item is unavailable or the damage is beyond repair, we will issue a full refund. Since we operate via COD, we do not have your billing data on file. We will contact you via email to request your bank details.
Upon receiving this information, we initiate a bank transfer. It typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking provider. We do not charge any fees for restocking items.
Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests due to a change of mind. We ask that you only place an order if you are completely sure about your purchase. This policy ensures that we can keep our operations efficient and continue providing free shipping and pickup services for legitimate issues.
