We provide a 30-day window for these requests, starting from the day of delivery. Once you contact us, we will arrange a pickup at your doorstep. We take full responsibility for the logistics of this process, meaning there are no shipping costs for the pickup of damaged or incorrect items.
After the item arrives back at our facility, our team conducts an inspection within 24 hours to confirm the status of the goods. We look for manufacturing flaws or transit damage to determine the appropriate next steps.
Billing Details and Refund Process
At Qirevalonx, we believe in straightforward pricing. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet our criteria. This ensures that you are not penalized for receiving a faulty product.
Because we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, we do not have access to your banking information at the time of purchase. If an inspection confirms that a replacement is not possible; either because the item is out of stock or the damage is beyond repair; we will initiate a full refund. We will reach out to you via email to request your bank details for a transfer. Once we receive your information and process the transaction, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
